OURbeauty: Rodin olio lusso

As the image might suggest, Rodin Olio Lusso face oil has been a stand out in my medicine cabinet lately.  The air has gotten pretty dry and my typical moisturizer isn't cutting it.  I purchased this product in the late summer and honestly, I didn't love it.  My skin is typically on the oilier side and it didn't do any favors in the sebum department.  However, now that my skin is screaming for hydration and in desperate need for some extra protection against brutal wind burn, Rodin Olio Lusso has been my saving grace.

OUR experience:

  • It has a scent only a mother could love- deep, earthy, flowery, musky.  But, I've gotten quite used to it.
  • Two drops is all you need for the entire face.  This product lasts a long time.
  • It provides a great base for your BB or CC cream.
  • Pricey ($150), but it's the Rolls-Royce of face oils.
